We currently have a special where we rebate back to our clients 1% of the purchase price. That means, if you buy or sell a $500K home, you get credit back for $5000 in escrow. The credit can be more or less depending on the price of the property.

Mo Hadid

Mo Hadid has been a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, serving the greater Sacramento area. He resided in Northern California since the late 1960s and quickly fell in love with the culture. He graduated from California State University (Sacramento) in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance, and a Masters of Arts degree in Political Science in 1975 and that helped him give his clients the best financial advice possible, often working with investors to maximize their earning potential.
Mo is loyal and has a passion for morality and is highly emotionally intelligent, with gifts such as writing. He authored and published “Political Compassion”, a book which deals with moral questions and solutions. His practices with his clients are based on honesty and integrity, and he is never too busy to help guide his clients in making the best real estate decision of their lives.
Mr. Hadid is married and has 2 boys and resides in Folsom, CA. His pride is his children, the eldest is a Sales Professional and the youngest, a Civil Engineer. When he is not busy with his business and family, he is often creating solutions to provide a better culture for modern-day challenges.
